Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management:
• Supervise and lead a team of production workers.
• Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of production goals.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Production Oversight:
• Monitor daily production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet demand.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Quality Control:
• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure products meet specifications.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to minimize defects.
• Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
• Safety Compliance:
• Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Conduct safety training and drills for employees.
• Investigate accidents and implement preventive measures.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and reduce waste.
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and Kaizen events.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain management.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,216.69 - ?20,000.00 per month
