We are seeking a skilled

Factory Operator

to operate

Hindustan Hydraulics machines

and assist in the

manufacturing of cable trays

. The ideal candidate should have experience in machine operation, production processes, and quality control to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain

Hindustan Hydraulics machines

for cable tray production. Set up machines according to production requirements and specifications. Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed for optimal operation. Assist in material handling, cutting, bending, and shaping of metal sheets for cable trays. Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for accuracy and defects. Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

Experience in operating

hydraulic press brakes, shearing machines, and other sheet metal fabrication equipment

(preferred). Knowledge of

cable tray manufacturing processes

is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Physically fit to handle machine operations and material loading. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Education & Experience:

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or a related field

(preferred).

1-3 years of experience

in machine operation in a manufacturing unit. Freshers with relevant technical skills may also apply.

Pay: ?9,502.59 - ?15,000.00 per month
