Job Title: Factory Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment in the production line according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines to ensure smooth operations.
• Report any technical issues, malfunctions, or production concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain production logs and document operational data as required.
• Adhere to production schedules and meet daily output targets.
• Assist in loading raw materials and unloading finished products.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical or vocational training in machinery or related fields (preferred).
• Experience:
• Previous experience as a factory operator or in a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
• Familiarity with factory equipment and processes.
• Technical Skills:
• Basic understanding of machine operations and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of quality control standards.
• Soft Skills:
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and precision in tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy objects (up to [specific weight]).
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Other Requirements:
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, if required.
• Commitment to adhering to safety and operational guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications
