Under the guidance and leadership of the company\xe2\x80\x99s directors, the company today proudly serves to the major conglomerates like ITC, Parle, Brittania and Ferrero India amongst many other recognized FMCG retailers. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced factory Manager to join our team. This critical role involves overseeing both the operational and administrative functions of our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will ensure our operations are efficient, cost-effective, and meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee daily factory operations to ensure optimal performance and output. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Ensure all equipment and machinery are maintained and operate at peak efficiency. Staff Management: Lead, recruit, and manage factory staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of teamwork and productivity. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and training to staff. Administrative Oversight: Manage factory budgets and financial plans, ensuring resources are used efficiently. Coordinate with other department heads to align factory operations with overall business goals. Prepare reports on production performance, workforce efficiency, and other critical metrics for senior management. Security and Loss Prevention: Develop and implement security policies and protocols to safeguard factory assets, including motors, equipment, and scrap materials. Coordinate with security staff to monitor and prevent incidents of theft and vandalism. Organize regular audits and inventory checks to detect any irregularities or breaches in security. Work closely with local law enforcement and security consultants as needed to maintain high security standards. Risk Management: Assess potential risks to the factory\xe2\x80\x99s operations and assets, implementing preventive measures to minimize loss. Implement surveillance systems and access controls to monitor movements of goods and personnel within the facility. Overall Plant Management: Serve as the primary person in charge of the entire plant, overseeing all operational, logistics qualitative, administrative, security, and housekeeping functions. Ensure readiness to address any issues or emergencies at the plant, maintaining high availability to meet the demands of a dynamic manufacturing environment. Lead from the front in all aspects of plant management, making decisions that affect every layer of the organization. Additional Requirements: Availability: This role requires high availability, including off-hours and weekends, to manage the plant effectively. Candidates should be prepared to be on-call and responsive to urgent situations. You must be comfortable with being the main point of contact for all plant-related matters, ensuring that operations run smoothly at all times. Qualifications: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field. Great Personal Presentation Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a senior managerial role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong understanding of production and manufacturing processes. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Proficiency in ERP and production management software. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits:
