Meeting customers expectations and demands3. Maintaining high standards of the production line4. Implement adequate plans for planned output, budget spending, labor efficiency, material efficiency, etc.5. Inspecting the quality of the finished products6. Manage production activities with multidisciplinary team to make sure optimum utilization of manpower, machines and materials7. Maintaining a sound relationship with the clients8. Review the performance of team members and provide the training if necessary9. Presenting the reports to the higher managementRequirements1. Minimum 10 years of experience in joinery2. Strong management & leadership skills3. Planning & Organizing4. Expertise in Excel, Word & PPT5. Exposure to Project Planning Software (Primavera and MS Project) and AutoCAD6. Awareness of Authority Approvals (DCD, DM, DDA, etc.)7.Willingness to relocate to Dubai
