Factory Manager
Location: Bihar

• Directing and coordinating daily operations of the manufacturing plant.
• Implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels.
• Ensuring compliance with industry safety and sanitation standards.
• Setting performance goals and project deadlines that align with the company's larger plans.
• Dealing with production issues and troubleshooting them in a timely manner.
• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control programs.
• Working closely with the quality control, sales, and finance departments to develop and execute plans for operational growth.
• Reviewing performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
