This is your roleIn your new role as \xe2\x80\x9cFactory Finance Controller\xe2\x80\x9d you will be responsible for:\xc2\xb7 In this position you\'ll prepare close estimate templates, participate in monthly close review calls, perform deviation analysis, and prepare monthly and quarterly close summaries.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for efficient and detailed budgeting and forecasting process\xc2\xb7 Monitoring of Fixed Assets- C-WIP review\xc2\xb7 Forecasting & Monitoring of Working Capital\xc2\xb7 Ensuring effective & timely closure of Cost Audit\xc2\xb7 Challenging the stakeholders at every point is the key\xc2\xb7 Cost controlling for various functional costs including but not limited to \xe2\x80\x93 SG&A, COGS, Order controlling, People cost etc.\xc2\xb7 Coordinating external/internal audits, ensuring risk and internal control processes adherence, transfer pricing audits etc\xc2\xb7 Managing and preparing key reporting on a monthly / quarterly basis\xc2\xb7 Ensuring a clean balance sheet with thorough review and regular cleanup\xc2\xb7 Drive the digitalization initiatives / ideas leading to smarter reporting, process & productivity improvement.\xc2\xb7 Leading special projects from time to time.\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance to all internal / external rules & regulations like ICFR, SFRG, Tax, ECC, hedging etc.We don\xe2\x80\x99t need superheroes, just super minds.\xc2\xb7 You are a Bachelors\xe2\x80\x99 in Commerce or Business Management with 1 to 2 years of experience OR Fresher MBA/CA/ICWA\xc2\xb7 You have good understanding of accounting topics\xc2\xb7 Good Analytical and Communication & Microsoft Excel, presentation Skills.\xc2\xb7 You are ready to explore new tools/horizons, innovate and act as a business enabler.\xc2\xb7 You possess positive attitude and never give up in the face of adversity.\xc2\xb7 Excellent MS Office (excel & power point) skills.We\xe2\x80\x99ve got quite a lot to offer.
