Role Overview :
We are seeking a Factory Content & CRM Coordinator to be the key point of contact for marketing content and customer relationship management (CRM) support across our divisions. This role's primary focus is gathering and sharing the unique stories, updates, and insights from our factory floor to fuel monthly newsletters and social media, managed by our marketing agency. Additionally, this person will handle CRM tasks, providing a central contact for various divisions to ensure efficient communication and support.

Responsibilities :

• Marketing & Content Coordination :
• Gather monthly updates on factory operations, product highlights, and new project developments.
• Capture stories, images, and videos that showcase the craftsmanship and human element behind Windlass products.
• Provide the marketing agency with organized content snippets and visuals to shape the monthly newsletter and social media posts.
• Coordinate with factory teams to source additional content ideas that resonate with our community of collectors and history enthusiasts.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) :
• Act as a CRM contact point for internal divisions, ensuring smooth communication and customer-related processes.
• Address CRM inquiries, collaborating with sales and support teams to provide timely assistance and accurate information.
• Support cross-division initiatives and projects with organized communication and follow-up.

Qualifications :

• Strong communication skills with a keen eye for storytelling and detail.
• Basic photography and media skills; experience with content gathering is a plus.
• Previous CRM experience or customer service skills are desirable.
• Ability to relocate to our town and work on-site at the factory.
• Enthusiasm for heritage and craftsmanship, with a collaborative mindset for coordinating with remote teams.
