This position is ideal for recent graduates or freshers with a background in law, looking to gain valuable experience in the legal field. The Paralegal Support will assist our legal team with various tasks related to legal research, documentation, and communication with US-based stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and management of legal documents, including drafting, reviewing, and filing.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and provide insights into legal matters.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, legal teams, and external parties based in the United States.
  • Organize and maintain legal files and case records, ensuring they are up to date and readily accessible.
  • Assist with the coordination and scheduling of meetings, hearings, and legal proceedings.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed, including drafting correspondence, managing deadlines, and ensuring the smooth flow of legal operations.
  • Support attorneys in litigation and case management activities, including discovery and trial preparation.
Key Requirements:
  • Education: A law-related degree or background is preferred (e.g., LLB, LLM, or other legal qualifications).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders in the US.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate legal information and documents.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle and organize multiple tasks with a keen attention to detail.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic legal software/tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous internship or coursework related to legal work is a plus.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
