Job Description
Job Title: Facility Manager
• Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks, Oversee staff on a daily basis
• Knowledge about Cinema Housekeeping standards and knowledge of HK chemicals of use.
• Basic knowledge on CCTV recording check ( Training will be provided for CCTV audit procedures )
• Check Audis and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
• Write and submit security reports
• Assign work areas for officers to patrol
• schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
• Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
• Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
• Respond to customer complaints and special requests
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
• Ensure all security systems, like the burglar alarms and CCTV are working properly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
