:Site Engineer: Fixed Term Contract:KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Taking care for operation and maintenance of all HT/LT electrical installation (transformer, DG set, UPS, DBs, ventilation system, fire system, lighting, earthing, HT panels, LT panels)
• Attend breakdown on priority and ensure timely closure of all open complaints with regular follow-ups.
• Regular inspecting and testing of all electrical installations of office and chemical labs
• Monitor and maintain stock of all required critical items.
• Implementation of PPM for upkeep of electrical installation
• Supervise/manage contractual work/outsourced staffs
• Carry out technical audit for all installation at periodic interval
• Taken follow up for ETP Operations
• DG return documentation and submission
• Handling BMS team and their concerns
• Make Facility provision and needs to be submit
• Repair and maintenance of MEP
• Vendor management, AMC renewal, and invoice processing
• Check BMS activity details with frequency
• Check team evaluation
• Risk assessment & JSA for any new project
• Follow work permit system and JSA
• Make Facility provision and needs to be submit
• Record retention files and storage areas
• Making PR as per the site requirement
• Coordination in project execution

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Education: BE Electrical
• Experience: 3-4 years, Preferred Chemical background
• Know-how Skills: Proactive and result Oriented
• Sound problem solving ability and knowledge of business / finance
• Flexibility in working time / days as per requirement
• Strong knowledge of maintaining building facility system.
• Should have hand on experience on MEP.
• Should have ITI-Electrical certification and PWD license holder.
• Understanding of all building electrical system, DG, UPS, inverter, HVAC, and plumbing system.
• Knowledge of AV system, fire system, BMS system.
• Troubleshoot minor machinery and detect root causes of malfunctions.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
• Adhere to LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) procedure.
• Basic knowledge of fire safety system, work permit system
• Knowledge of switchgears and relay, motors and motors protective equipments
• Document daily activities, equipment maintenance and repair activities.
