They perform analyses of operational processes, resource allocation, energy use, and safety processes, and recommend and implement improvements. xe2x80xa2 Equipment and Supplies Maintenance: o Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards. o Regularly inspect buildingsxe2x80x99 structures. xe2x80xa2 Cost Management and Efficiency: o Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs. o Allocate office space efficiently based on organizational needs. xe2x80xa2 Staff Supervision and External Contractors: o Supervise facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers, etc.) and external contractors. o Control activities such as parking space allocation, waste disposal, and building security. xe2x80xa2 Financial and Administrative Tasks: o Handle insurance plans and service contracts. o Maintain financial and non-financial records. o Perform analysis and forecasting. xe2x80xa2 Requirements and Skills: o Proven experience as a facilities manager or in a relevant position. o Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices. o Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Strong organizational and leadership abilities. o Good analytical and critical thinking skills. o Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree (BE or Diploma) in facility management, engineering, business administration, or a relevant field.Location:On-site xe2x80x93Mumbai, MHIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you donxe2x80x99t meet all of the requirements.
