xefx83x98 Planning and executing 52 weeks of planner activity for all the IFM activities.
xefx83x98 Developing and managing facilities' operating budgets for the assigned portfolio, proactively tracking variances, and managing the operation within budget.
xefx83x98 Achieving cost savings through maximum utilization of suppliers, and preferred vendors and identifying additional efficiency opportunities, consistent with client goals.
xefx83x98 Developing and managing a high-performing IFM team of diverse skilled professionals.
xefx83x98 Coordinating the operational aspects of the property in a manner, which protects, maintains, and improves the value of the client's assets.
xefx83x98 Ensuring all site management and operations practices are in compliance with standards and governance.
xefx83x98 Performing monthly reviews, reporting, forecasting, and asset management at all sites.
xefx83x98 Managing Admin and Facility operations for North & East offices (12 sites), Strategizing, planning, and executing key site-related activities.
xefx83x98 Managing facilities management services like Employee Transport, Cafeteria Management, Housekeeping, Security, Mailroom, Reception, Fire & Safety and repair, and maintenance etc.
xefx83x98 Managing leadership events like Town halls and live broadcasts etc and Hospitality arrangements for senior management.
xefx83x98 Implementing innovative programs, processes, and procedures to reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
xefx83x98 Oversee soft services team, including Supplier Partners to ensure a culture of safety, customer service, compliance, quality and sustainability etc.
xefx83x98 Responsible for establishing annual budget and tracking expenses against budget periodically as specified by client / JLL.
xefx83x98 Planning and submitting PO requests for all the IFM services to the procurement team and ensuring the xe2x80x9cNO PO, NO WORKxe2x80x9d policy.
xefx83x98 Preparing and submitting site operational expenses report to client and JLL.
