Company Description Samarpan Facility Management Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Manager. The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring the building is running smoothly and efficiently, managing staff, and implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. The Facility Manager will be located in Ahmedabad. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in facility management, including knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams Superior problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Experience with budgeting and financial management Demonstrated understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements Strong knowledge of computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and Outlook Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams, and to develop and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus Experience in a Corporate facility is a plus
