Minimum Experience - 3-4 years (Facility Management/ Hospitality/Aviation)

Job Responsibility
Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed and that safety equipment is available and in good condition
Supervising the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment, including hiring contractors for major projects
Communicating with staff members to ensure that they are aware of any issues regarding safety or security
Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling employees, ordering supplies, and arranging for repairs
Monitoring equipment and machinery to ensure that they are in good working order
Maintaining a safe and clean environment by complying with state and federal regulations regarding environmental issues such as waste disposal and recycling
Coordinating activities with other departments within a facility or company, including human resources and security
Monitoring employee attendance and making sure that they are performing their jobs correctly
Hiring and training new employees, maintaining personnel records, and resolving employee complaints

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
