Your primary objective will be to ensure that our facilities meet the needs of employees, clients, and visitors while adhering to safety, regulatory, and budgetary requirements.Key Responsibilities:1. Facility Maintenance: Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance and repair activities for all facilities, including mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.2. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and building codes. Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans and procedures.3. Vendor Management: Select, negotiate contracts with, and oversee vendors and contractors for facility maintenance, janitorial services, security, landscaping, and other related services.4. Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures to protect facilities, assets, and personnel. This includes access control, surveillance systems, and security personnel management.5.
