We are committed to delivering exceptional service and driving efficiency in the built environment.Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Facility Executive - Technical to oversee the technical aspects of facility operations for our client's premises in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of critical systems, managing contracts and vendors, and implementing best practices to maintain a high-quality and safe working environment.Responsibilities:

  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and other technical assets as per the agreed schedules.
  • Oversee the daily operations of building systems and equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify potential problems or areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality service delivery and cost effectiveness.
  • Manage all aspects of contracts and service agreements, including negotiation, evaluation, and adherence to agreed performance standards.
  • Stay updated with relevant regulations, industry trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including facility managers, operations teams, and sustainability teams, to deliver seamless facility operations and enhance the overall tenant experience.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to facility maintenance, work orders, and vendor performance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to implement energy conservation measures and sustainable practices to reduce overall operating costs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management or technical operations, preferably in commercial or corporate real estate.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and BMS.
  • Proven experience in managing vendors, contracts, and service level agreements.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and facility management software.
