In this role, you\'ll ensure smooth operations of our facilities by managing equipment, coordinating maintenance, and supporting our team.Key Responsibilities:Equipment Care

• Manage inventory of mechanical and electrical supplies
• Oversee critical systems like UPS, AC, generators, and fire safety equipment
• Coordinate diesel supply for backup power

Maintenance Coordination

• Schedule and track preventive maintenance
• Oversee repair work and improvements
• Prepare cost estimates and collect vendor quotes

Reporting and Documentation

• Submit daily operational reports
• Process vendor invoices promptly
• Use client software to log and monitor service requests

Team and Process Support

• Assist team members as needed
• Help improve operational processes
• Integrate new technologies to enhance efficiency

Emergency Response

• Handle urgent situations following company guidelines
• Support business continuity efforts during disruptions

Vendor Relations

• Maintain up-to-date contact lists for key suppliers
• Liaise with vendors for services and quotes

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in facility management or related technical field (3-7 Years)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Familiarity with building systems and maintenance practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
