What this Job Involves
Prioritising the facilities needs
Working with both the facilities manager and the assistant facilities manager, youll oversee the propertys day-to-day operations and ensure that all administrative functions, security issues and facility services are covered. Likewise, youll strive for continuous improvement in the process.
Youll also keep an eye out on the propertys supplies and ensure that it has adequate stocks and materials to keep the operations smooth like a well-oiled machine. Likewise, youll manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure Facility is up-to-date & free from cleaning & technical snags.
To provide administrative support to the Facilities Management team at assigned Facilities.
To ensure timely and accurate completion FM reports pertaining to assigned Facilities
Be accessible for escalation of all FM related issues
To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs ( both technical & Soft) at (Client) with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices.
Oversee the Helpdesk work process
Provide management advice to Helpdesk operators for escalated issues
Ensure planning and execution of all preparation required for Conferences / meetings of the client as well as VIP visits scheduled during the shift
Oversee the Mailroom process.
Take facility rounds to ensure high standards of housekeeping and upkeep
Oversee the Housekeeping Services
Oversee Technical Services
Responsible for preparation of critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturers recommendations and plan for the inventory where the maintenance is carried out with in-house teams. * Planning, managing & executing Budgets
Implement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenance programme to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment.

Core facilities management skills
If youre a graduate in any discipline, you will most likely to qualify for this role. You should also have 5-7 years of experience in facilities management. It would be great if you have tertiary qualifications in hotel management, building management and/or business.
Outstanding team prowess
Are you equipped to set up a team to success? Can you also play to your strengths and work effectively as a team member? If yes, thats great the ability to bring about positive changes and follow through with them will come in handy for this role.
