Lay down housekeeping standards for all sites. Conduct regular site visits to ensure that these standards are met. Selection and training of Housekeeping personnel at the sites. Advise the Site Manager on implementing various cost-effective measures. Co-ordinate with vendors Ensure receipt and analysis of site reports to identify loopholes and avert crisis. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures applicable to the FM function. Ensure required staff strength is maintained at all time as agreed in the contract and coordinate with office and fill the vacancy if any shortage on man power. Ensure all the Housekeeping equipment supplied by agency are in working condition. Ensure all the chemical required to maintain housekeeping services are available and required stock is maintained at site at all time.
