Likewise, you\xe2\x80\x99ll strive for continuousimprovement in the process. Managing the team of Housekeeping & Maintenance stafffor the perfect upkeep of the Office premises. Should have good knowledge in Housekeeping & Maintenanceso that you can handle a team of support staff and get the work done of cleanliness & maintenance.You\xe2\x80\x99ll also keep an eye out on the property\xe2\x80\x99s supplies and ensure that it has adequatestocks and materials to keep the operations smooth like a well-oiled machine. Likewise,you\xe2\x80\x99ll manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients.In addition, you\xe2\x80\x99ll help mitigate risks by taking part in emergency evacuation procedures,and handling crisis management and business continuity plans. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also be on top ofhealth and safety issues that may arise, and actively participate in reviewing them. You\xe2\x80\x99llalso see to it that vendor invoice processes comply with standards. You will also have to manage the vendor Statutory Compliance documents.Going above and beyond expectationsClient satisfaction is second nature to the person in charge. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll take ondifficult issues and seek out opportunities to improve operations. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also be constantlyin tune with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service levelagreements.In addition, you\xe2\x80\x99ll carry out routine service audits to ensure that the team maintains itsoverall performance. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also be in charge of creating stock reports, meeting minutesand monthly management reports to the clients.Sound like you? To apply you need to have:Strong knowledge of property operationsPlaying a key role, the ideal candidate holds a degree in business or hotel and buildingmanagement, and at least three to five years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in facilities management.
