The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of overall experience, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar executive role. This position requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality services while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that cleaning schedules are followed, standards are maintained, and issues are addressed promptly.
  • Oversee cafeteria operations, including menu planning, vendor management, inventory control, and maintaining a high standard of food quality and service.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute various events within the facility, ensuring all logistical requirements are met and events are executed successfully.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts, managing performance, and addressing any issues.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that soft services align with their needs and expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to soft services, including inventories, budgets, and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in soft service management to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of overall experience in soft service management.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar executive role.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of cleaning operations, cafeteria management, and event planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, including contract negotiations and performance management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to make informed decisions under pressure and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
