This role involves overseeing maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of building systems, equipment, and infrastructure. The Senior Facility Coordinator will work closely with various teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of technical services.Key Responsibilities:Technical Services Management: Manage and support technical service providers, including facility maintenance contractors, engineers, and technicians. Ensure all tasks are completed to meet safety and quality standards. Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for all building systems, equipment, and infrastructure. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards related to facility operations and technical services. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any potential risks and take appropriate action. Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers. Monitor their performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements and contract terms. Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in preparing, monitoring, and managing budgets for technical services, including equipment repairs, maintenance, and upgrades. Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation. Project Management: Coordinate and oversee facility improvement projects, including renovations, equipment installations, and upgrades.
