This role involves overseeing maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of building systems, equipment, and infrastructure. The Senior Facility Coordinator will work closely with various teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of technical services.Key Responsibilities:Technical Services Management: Manage and support technical service providers, including facility maintenance contractors, engineers, and technicians. Ensure all tasks are completed to meet safety and quality standards. Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for all building systems, equipment, and infrastructure. Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal functioning. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards related to facility operations and technical services. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any potential risks and take appropriate action. Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers. Monitor their performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements and contract terms. Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in preparing, monitoring, and managing budgets for technical services, including equipment repairs, maintenance, and upgrades. Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation. Project Management: Coordinate and oversee facility improvement projects, including renovations, equipment installations, and upgrades. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution. Data and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to technical services, including work orders, service reports, and equipment manuals. Analyze data to identify trends and implement process improvements. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the facility management team and other staff members involved in technical services. Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, technical services, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
  • Proficiency in using facility management software and tools for maintenance management and work order tracking.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
