As a Facility Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our coworking space. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional support to our members and staff, while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the coworking space, including opening and closing procedures.
Monitor and maintain building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Manage IT and Network related works
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
Coordinate with architects in the initial phase of designing and interior works.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services.
Provide excellent customer service to members, promptly and professionally addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Assist with member onboarding and orientation processes.
Resolve member issues and complaints efficiently.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with event planning and coordination, as needed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Ensure the security of the facility and its occupants.
Monitor access control systems and security cameras.
Implement emergency procedures and conduct regular safety drills.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in facility management or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Requirements:
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Preferably looking for a Male candidate
