Job Summary PACCAR India is searching for a Facilities & Safety Manager to manage the facility\'s functions, including repair and maintenance requirements, capital improvement projects, and office services. This position will also be responsible for site safety management. Job Functions / Responsibilities Provide facilities leadership for PACCAR India office. Manage workstation design and space utilization. Coordinate the completion of major moves and facility work with appropriate vendors and resources to ensure services are completed and materials are delivered timely. Oversee office improvement projects including obtaining approvals through management, budgeting, scheduling, and changes as needed. Manage the vendor and contractor selection process for a variety of office administration and facilities projects. Oversee vendor maintenance reports, providing directions on related changes as needed. Provide regular status updates to site leadership on ongoing projects. Coordinate communications to employees for planned facilities activities impacting the worksite. Ensure special events, VIP tours, and community- coordinated events are run safely and smoothly. Oversee office safety to maintain safety and ergonomic standards according to PACCAR\'s global guidelines. Drive safety-first culture for site and ensure safety guidelines are communicated to employees. Responsible for adherence to applicable local safety norms as per standard guidelines, including ISO and OHSAS. Ensure facility meets compliance standards. Administer controlled access data: badges, clearances, and monthly reports to support security records for the building. Responsible for formulating and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Formulating roadmap from infrastructure to operations for the office, comprising of civil maintenance, air conditioning, and general administration. Supervise and develop the Facilities Technician. Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications / Skills 10 years relevant work experience, with at least 4 years of supervisory experience. Experience with office administration and managing facilities across multiple sites Knowledge of applicable local laws and experience liaising with authorities Project management experience desired Experience managing facility procurement contracts Experience balancing facility operations and project-work. Knowledge of building systems and equipment. Ability to interact with employees, managers, senior leaders, and contractors. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Able to work in a fast-paced team environment with changing priorities.
