Job Description


Responsibilities include but not limited to:Building Management:

  • Coordinate with residents, vendors, and the BMC for smooth building operations.
  • Monitor and coordinate with the security agency to maintain a secure environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of all flats to identify and address safety and maintenance issues, particularly water leakage and pests.
  • Review CCTV footage to ensure security protocols are adhered to.
  • Oversee elevator maintenance and ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement systems and procedures for efficient building management.
Ownerxe2x80x99s Residence Management:
  • Assist with the management of the ownerxe2x80x99s residence, including inventory control, staff management, and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair work, including painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
  • Develop and implement systems for efficient residence management.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in facility management or hospitality.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours: This is a hybrid role requiring a physical presence at the building for half a day daily, at least 5 days a week. The remaining work hours can be flexible based on workload and completed from home. We offer a high degree of flexibility but expect a similar level of flexibility from the candidate.
