Responsibilities include but not limited to:Building Management:
Coordinate with residents, vendors, and the BMC for smooth building operations.
Monitor and coordinate with the security agency to maintain a secure environment.
Conduct regular inspections of all flats to identify and address safety and maintenance issues, particularly water leakage and pests.
Review CCTV footage to ensure security protocols are adhered to.
Oversee elevator maintenance and ensure optimal performance.
Develop and implement systems and procedures for efficient building management.
Ownerxe2x80x99s Residence Management:
Assist with the management of the ownerxe2x80x99s residence, including inventory control, staff management, and vendor coordination.
Oversee maintenance and repair work, including painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Develop and implement systems for efficient residence management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience in facility management or hospitality.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours: This is a hybrid role requiring a physical presence at the building for half a day daily, at least 5 days a week. The remaining work hours can be flexible based on workload and completed from home. We offer a high degree of flexibility but expect a similar level of flexibility from the candidate.
