Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a global team to align tools and solutions across regions, effectively managing competing priorities.

Lead the global roll-out of our account engagement program, Pit Stop, engaging with over 100 accounts worldwide.

Recommend and implement initiatives and solutions that elevate the overall experience, drawing from a collection of over 600 experience initiatives curated from around the world.

Play a key role in the transition of new accounts, co-developing annual work plans and timelines with account teams and stakeholders.

Utilize your expertise in data collection, analysis, survey design, and hypothesis validation to evaluate the impact of implemented changes and drive continuous improvement.

Support shifts 'new ways of working' by creating standardized communication guidelines for account teams and ensuring effective communication across regions.

Explore new technology solutions in the workplace experience space and assess integration complexity and viability

Maintain the relevancy and currency of online documents and resources, actively exploring technology solutions to enhance workplace experience and stakeholder engagement at all levels.



Requirements:

Someone with a strong background in hospitality services with a good understanding of data and visualization. This role will need you to experiment with tools to ensure we improve adoption of HX Processes.

Strong grasp of human-centric design principles and techniques, including journey mapping and touchpoint gap analysis.

Experience in leading global initiatives and managing competing priorities effectively.

Proficient in data collection, analysis, and visualization, with a keen eye for identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with account teams and stakeholders.

Ability to curate and share innovative ideas from a diverse range of sources.

Passion for delivering exceptional experiences to clients and driving positive business outcomes.

Familiar with Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint, PowerBI
