You will participate in Project Design and Scope Development, Documentation, and Control Change, Vendor Selection, Project Tendering, and onsite Discipline Project Safety, Coordination and Execution for your discipline.Critical metrics include safe delivery of projects to budget and schedule.Responsibilities and tasks:\xc2\xb7 Fully responsible for the management of a project based at a Micron Facility.\xc2\xb7 Primary focal point for project execution for DIW & WWT systems.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the safe delivery of projects to budget and schedule.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate System Design between Global Facilities Design Team, Global Facilities Construction Team, Local Project Team, AE (Architectural / Engineering), PMC (Project Management Consultancy), GC (Generator Contractor), Contractors, Vendors etc.\xc2\xb7 Lead Operation & Maintenance of Mechanical Equipment after completion of project.\xc2\xb7 Project Budget / Revenue Tracking & Preparation of MIS Documents.\xc2\xb7 Management Discipline Scope Change Process and documentation.\xc2\xb7 Provide Project Procurement Technical Support.\xc2\xb7 Ensure all Project scope is executed to Safety Standards and requirements. Review all Job plans for high risk during construction in discipline related areas /scope.\xc2\xb7 Track and Report progress weekly on Project progress, risk, schedule, cost for Discipline.\xc2\xb7 Oversee Disciplines installation Q&A assurance and Testing and Commissioning Activities.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and Lead Project Closeout activities for Discipline; Punch listing and verification, Documentation and System Handover.\xc2\xb7 Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution between engineering and construction discipline.\xc2\xb7 Work closely with Teams from Global and Site Facilities, Global EHS, Global Procurement, Corporate Finance as well as external industry agencies and consultants to assure coordination of design and construction with all working groups.\xc2\xb7 After completion of project, Responsible for Operation & Maintenace of water treatment plants\xc2\xb7 Preparation of Preventive Maintenance sheets & Implementation of same\xc2\xb7 Interaction with Govt. Agencies for Monthly Water charges payments, calibration activities.\xc2\xb7 Lead, Identify & Implement water sustainability goals. Preparation of water balance sheets & find opportunities for water saving.\xc2\xb7 Lead, Water MIS reporting & data inputs in various global sustainability tools.\xc2\xb7 Handling of water treatment chemicals adherence to EHS Global inputs.\xc2\xb7 Prepare & track discipline revenue & capex budgets.\xc2\xb7 Lead, complete water flow circuits including Supply water, Wastewater, treated water, Irrigation water schemes.Interpersonal Skills Required:\xc2\xb7 Ability to prioritize and schedule workload and work on multiple tasks concurrently.\xc2\xb7 Good organizational skills and Service attitude\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills and good team working skills, English required.\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated worker\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing and facilities systems\xc2\xb7 Strong ability in English speaking and writing, be able to communicate with English speaking engineers both verbally and by writingEducation Required:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field of study. Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree desired.Experience Required:\xc2\xb7 Minimum 10+ year experience in DIW & WWT Engineering with a focus on Design and Construction of Semiconductor DIW & WWT SystemsExperience Desired:\xc2\xb7 Demonstrable experience in the management of DIW & WWT systems for semiconductor projects and/or other relevant industries is strongly preferred. Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing and facilities systems\xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to visualize issues and communicate them to others.\xc2\xb7 Outstanding organization, coordination, and leadership skills \xe2\x80\x93 ability to coordinate and motivate groups of Consultants / Contractors.Additional Plans facilities changes for plant, office, and production equipment layouts, working toward economy of operation, maximum use of facilities and equipment, and compliance with laws and regulations. Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings. Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition. Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation and other related costs. Inspects construction and installation progress for conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.
