Facility Coordinator

• Manage 3rd party service contractors for day-to-day operations (conduct regular meetings, implement inspection / performance evaluation program)
• Management of work orders
• Tracking of maintenance and repair activities
• Support health and safety initiatives and protocols
• Administrative support such as documentation and record management
• Conduct regular FM inspections and audits.
• Follow up related requests/issues raised by the end-users
