Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilitator at India IPO in Delhi, India. The Facilitator will be responsible for providing support and guidance to small and medium enterprises throughout the IPO process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, optimizing valuation, and positioning the business for success in the public markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial consultancy, IPO processes, and business valuation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for IPO filings in India
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in financial planning or consultancy are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?250,000.00 per year
