Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and execute data-driven lead generation campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) tailored to our healthcare offerings.
• Audience Segmentation: Leverage advanced targeting strategies to identify and engage high-potential audiences, focusing on key demographics and patient needs.
• Creative Development: Collaborate with designers and copywriters to craft visually appealing and persuasive ad creatives that deliver measurable results.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA) to optimize campaigns for maximum lead generation and ROI.
• Budget Management: Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring every rupee is utilized to maximize returns while staying cost-efficient.
• A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements to refine strategies and improve conversions.
• Insights & Reporting: Provide detailed reports with actionable insights on campaign performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure all campaigns comply with Meta advertising guidelines and healthcare regulations, maintaining brand integrity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and medical teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and patient needs.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
