Create and manage Facebook (Meta) Ads campaigns for B2C. Analyze and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI Develop ad targeting strategies based on client goals and target audience Stay up-to-date with Facebook (Meta) Ads policies and changes and implement them in campaigns Collaborate with other teams to ensure ad creative and messaging align with overall marketing strategy Track and report on ad performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement Manage ad budgets and ensure campaigns stay within budget constraints Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on ad performance and strategy Test and experiment with different ad formats and targeting options to improve performance Stay current with industry trends, new ad features, and emerging platforms to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective Immediate Joiner Work from Office Salary scale up to 40K
