Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

We are looking for a Facebook Ads Expert to join our talented team and drive measurable growth through Facebook advertising.

Job Responsibilities:

• Campaign Creation and Management: Plan, create, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
• Targeting & Segmentation: Use Facebook's advanced targeting options to reach the right audience based on demographics, behaviors, and interests.
• Ad Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve results, including cost-per-click (CPC) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize ad performance.
• Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports, providing actionable insights to improve campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to design engaging ad visuals and copy that resonate with the audience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Facebook ad campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and related tools.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of other social media platforms is a plus.
• Experience in Ecommerce Ads is highly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
