Join Our Team as a Face-to-Face Fundraiser!

Location: Chennai District, Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ?15,000 - ?21,000 per month (+ performance-based incentives)

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Role and Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with the public to raise awareness and funds for SaveThem India Foundation.
• Secure pledges and donations through meaningful interactions.
• Sign up new donors at various locations, including shopping malls and community events.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all training, guidelines, and campaigns.
• Distribute and manage promotional materials effectively.
• Achieve personal and team targets as per Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience working with an NGO.
• Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
• Reliable transportation or plans to relocate to Chennai District.
• Passionate about making a positive impact in society.
