About Us -

We are a facade system company where we provide complete package for rainscreen facades including consulting, design, fabrication and installation.

Location - Thane

Experience - 2 to 3 years

Qualification - Graduation/ BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering



• Preparation of Material Take off drawings and details quantifying for Tendering.
• Prepare tender drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings
• Preparing material take off for awarded Projects based on approved shop drawings and calculations.
• Providing profile, cutting list and details of materials to be used for the building facades
• Preparation of fabrication drawings and cutting list of profiles, glass and steel work orders as per site survey and approvals.
• Monitor modelling and communications with Project Engineers/Leaders and update drawings as required
• Coordinate and monitor submission schedules to ensure production of deliverables to agreed timelines and within budget

Desired Candidate profile -

• Working knowledge of 3D design software - Autocad, Revit
• Attention to detail & accuracy
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Fabrication / assembly drawing knowledge
• Knowledge of steel, aluminium and glass required with proven experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
