We are a facade system company where we provide complete package for rainscreen facades including consulting, design, fabrication and installation.

Job Summary -

Facade designer will oversee the shop drawings, concept drawings & fabrication of the facade system.



• Preparation of Material Take off drawings and details quantifying for Tendering. Prepare tender drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings
• Preparing material take off for awarded Projects based on approved shop drawings and calculations.
• Providing profile, cutting list and details of materials to be used for the building facades
• Preparation of fabrication drawings and cutting list of profiles, glass and steel work orders as per site survey and approvals.
• Issuance of RFI
• Monitor modelling and maintain direct communications with Clients, Project Engineers/Leaders and update drawings as required
• Coordinate and monitor submission schedules to ensure production of deliverables to agreed timelines and within budget
• Coordinate with the relevant parties to raise/resolve project related issues which could affect the delivery of the documentation

Desired Candidate profile -

Working knowledge of 3D design software - Autocad, Revit

Attention to detail & accuracy

Ability to work to tight deadlines

Fabrication / assembly drawing knowledge

Knowledge of steel, aluminium and glass required with proven experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
