Job Description

Prepare conceptual and detailed designs of facade systems, including curtain walls, cladding, windows, and other exterior elements.

Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure the facade design meets aesthetic, structural, and thermal performance criteria.

Create technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications for facade systems using software AutoCAD.

Develop specifications for materials and facade components, ensuring compliance with industry standards, building codes, and client requirements.

Participate in coordination meetings and design reviews, addressing any design challenges or changes.

Prepare shop drawings, installation details, and fabrication documents for use by the production and construction teams.

Support the construction team during the installation phase, addressing any technical issues that arise on-site.

Assist in the preparation of design change orders, as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field; specialization in facade engineering or design is preferred.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

5 years of experience in civil division of construction industry.

SKILLS:

Software Proficiency i.e Staad Pro, BIM and AutoCAD

Facade Design Expertise

Strong written and spoken communication.

Problem solving skills.
