WEWELD is seeking skilled and dedicated Welding Construction Laborers to join our team. Our company specializes in high-quality welding and construction projects, and we are looking for motivated individuals who can contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

- Perform various welding tasks including MIG, TIG, and arc welding.

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine layout and procedures.

- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment.

- Ensure all welding work meets quality standards and specifications.

- Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools.

- Assist in the setup, repair, and maintenance of welding equipment.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and on time.

- Perform other construction-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a welder or similar role in construction.

- Proficient in various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and arc welding.

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.

- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in the welding and construction industry.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in welding is a plus.

- Valid certification in welding is preferred.
