Administer, lead supplier weld-Fabrication / quality / manufacturing auditsPlan, coordinate and implement repairs, modifications and improvements to manufacturing equipment and tooling Will be the technical & EHS focal point for administering Concrete Hybrid Towers supplier quality process.Will be responsible for on time delivery of supplies from towers & other fabrication suppliers Work closely with Sourcing, Manufacturing, Project Management and Engineering to eliminate roadblocks and communication barriers that may effect quality and delivery requirements Analyze requirements and make recommendations for facility systems, processes, training, equipment needs, engineering product designs and tooling and fixture for Fabrication Oversee the transition of products from internal and external sources to our manufacturing plant including, buy vsDocumentation of products through use of Bills of Materials, Routers, Value stream maps, Flow charts, spreadsheets drawings, videos or digital photosOversee capital equipment and small tooling required for assigned manufacturing or quality areaDevelop and/or improve process automation of existing or new manufacturing processesSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives in the fuel manufacturing operation, including process development and design of experiments (DOE)'s
