Position: Fabrication Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the fabrication team in the production of reefer bodies and PUF insulated containers.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Maintain and enforce safety protocols and standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
• Train and mentor fabrication staff.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Fabrication Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of welding, metalwork, and fabrication processes.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
