Fabrication Supervisor

to oversee our metal fabrication operations involving CNC cutting, bending, welding, and structural assembly. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on technical expertise, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all fabrication activities on the shop floor. Review and interpret fabrication drawings and technical specifications. Allocate manpower and prioritize daily workloads to meet production targets. Operate and monitor CNC plasma cutting machines, press brakes, and welding equipment. Ensure fabrication quality and dimensional accuracy through stage inspections. Oversee MIG, TIG, and Arc welding processes for MS, SS, and structural components. Enforce safety standards and 5S practices across the department. Coordinate with design, planning, and quality control teams to ensure seamless workflow. Schedule preventive maintenance of machines and tools used in fabrication.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering 5-7 years of fabrication experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Hands-on experience with CNC plasma cutting, hydraulic press brakes, and industrial welding Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and welding symbols Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
