Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Engineer to join our team at the TSL Plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing fabrication processes and equipment to ensure optimal plant performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Create and review fabrication plans, blueprints, and specifications for plant structures and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Installation and Maintenance: Oversee the installation, assembly, and maintenance of fabricated equipment and structures, ensuring structural integrity and quality.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve fabrication-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation of plant processes.
• Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage fabrication projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of fabrication processes, maintenance activities, and project documentation for compliance and future reference.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all fabrication work complies with safety standards and regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system upgrades to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably in a TSL (Thermal, Solar, and Lithium) plant.
• Strong understanding of fabrication techniques, welding, and assembly processes.
• Proficient in using CAD software and fabrication tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?89,576.12 per month
