Plan, direct and control the production system which involves Men, Material, Machine and Time effectively so as to achieve basic objectives of Quality, Quantity and Production. To ensure as per plan manufacture and deliver the products of maximum quality in a given time. Work Experience 1) Strong skills on manufacturing process 2) Good communication skills end to end 3) Should have 2 to 4 years experience in man power controlling and team handling. 4) Strong skills on problem solving techniques. Skills required Good communication skills with Workmen, office staff, etc. Good knowledge in quality aspect and decision making skills Aware and knowledge on all types of materials like make and Grades Should have knowledge on Raw material, Technical Specifications, BIS standards, Internal & External Standards, production drawing and machine drawings. Aware and knowledge on total quality management systems and maintaining of all documents \xc3\x98 Knowledge on problem solving techniques. \xc3\x98 Awareness, knowledge and implementing of 5S activities Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb9280,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9320,000.00 per year Benefits:
