We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Sourcing and Procurement Executive

to handle end-to-end sourcing of

fabrics, trims, threads, labels, packaging materials, and other garment-related accessories

. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely availability of quality materials, supporting both our sampling and bulk production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers for fabrics and garment accessories (threads, labels, tags, trims, zippers, etc.). Negotiate rates, lead times, and payment terms to optimize cost and efficiency. Coordinate closely with the design and production teams to understand material requirements and delivery schedules. Ensure all materials meet quality standards and match technical specifications. Maintain sourcing records, vendor databases, and purchase orders for traceability. Monitor trends in the sourcing market, including pricing shifts and new innovations in sustainable or performance fabrics. Facilitate timely follow-ups to avoid delays in production timelines.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in fabric and accessories sourcing for garment manufacturing. Strong vendor network and knowledge of domestic and/or international sourcing markets. In-depth understanding of garment components and technical fabric knowledge. Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills. Familiarity with sourcing documentation, quality control, and production workflows. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, email coordination, and basic ERP tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Textile/Fashion Technology, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field. Experience in sourcing for women's wear is a plus.
