Who we are:

FS Life is a group of homegrown brands that are thoughtful, relevant and solve unmet apparel and lifestyle needs for the modern Indian women. It was launched in September 2016 with FableStreet, a premium western wear brand focused on providing the best fits for the Indian women. It has now evolved into a multi-brand organisation with Mikoto - a sterling silver and semi-precious jewellery brand, which caters to women\'s need for high quality jewellery at affordable prices, and Marigold - an ethnic, Indo-western brand reimagining traditional clothing for the woman of today. Started by Ayushi Gudwani, an NSIT-Delhi and IIM-C graduate, and ex-McKinsey consultant, each brand at FS Life aims to solve needs of contemporary women through data backed insights & build a capital efficient business through a lean supply chain.

Who we want:

We are looking for a sharp, creative and high-on-energy person to head branding for one of our brands. The person should be a self-starter and should be able to take full ownership of the entire branding effort for the brand.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Define the overall brand strategy and positioning and ensure all communication and marketing activities are aligned to that

2. Understand the target audience and build a strong brand connect, through ATL & BTL campaigns and partnership

3. Drive marketing efforts, amplify on-ground activities & generate buzz through PR strategies

4. Understand key business metrics to drive, dive deep on root causes & address relevant opportunities/weaknesses through innovative marketing programs.

5. Industry landscape assessment and competitor analysis, along with monitoring brand health and brand share

Qualifications and Skills

1. 3 - 5 years of marketing experience in brand management / social media

2. Proven track record of building consumer brand(s), along with good networks in marketing / branding / PR space

3. Strong expertise and understanding of all type of online and offline marketing campaigns

4. Strong communication skills

5. Passion for apparel and fashion is a big plus

6. Candidates from premier institutes will be preferred
