Marketing Analyst

Position Overview:

The Performance Marketing Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to digital marketing campaigns to drive data-driven decisions and improve campaign performance. This role involves monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance the overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze data from various digital marketing channels (e.g., PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media) to assess campaign performance against predefined KPIs.

2. Gather and organize data from various sources, including web analytics tools, advertising platforms, and CRM systems.

3. Calculate and report on the ROI of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

4. Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

5. Collaborate with the web development and design teams to improve website usability, user experience, and conversion rates.

6. Develop and maintain performance dashboards and track important metrics & KPIs. Experience in reporting and dash-boarding with tools like Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc

7. Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign efficiency and overall marketing strategy.

8. Continuously monitor and track key metrics, identifying anomalies and taking corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in ROI/performance-driven search engine marketing (SEM), Display, Facebook, and other ad platforms strategies and techniques

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, Google Analytics).

- Knowledge of Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing Metrics

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented and highly organized.

- Familiarity with SQL, and Big Query is a plus.
