Qualified CA with 3-4 years of experience preferably in manufacturing /FMCG /retail industries xe2x80xa2 Good Knowledge of Ind AS, Should have worked in a SAP environment (FI Module) xe2x80xa2 Proficiency in excel xe2x80xa2 Good verbal and communication
The role will include, but not limited to the following: xe2x80xa2 Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement xe2x80xa2 Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes in compliance with Ind AS, including passing necessary entries in the accounting system. xe2x80xa2 Prepare monthly balance sheets and profitability statements, including variance analysis (budget vs actual / actual vs actual). xe2x80xa2 Generate various MIS reports as required by management. xe2x80xa2 Handle statutory audits, ensuring smooth responses to audit observations, and implement corrective and preventive actions. xe2x80xa2 Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements (quarterly reviews and annual audits) in compliance with GAAP (Ind AS). xe2x80xa2 Maintain working knowledge of tax audits, GST, VAT, and other relevant regulations. xe2x80xa2 Ensure proper provisioning and adherence to appropriate accounting policies. xe2x80xa2 Conduct thorough scrutiny of the general ledger. xe2x80xa2 Act as a key team member in the S4 HANA implementation project. xe2x80xa2 Prepare data for compliance purposes, including return filing, proof-reading financials, and XBRL filing
