Key Responsibilities:
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and kitchen areas. Ensure that all utensils, glassware, and linens are clean and well-organized.
• Assistance to Service Staff: Support waitstaff by delivering food and beverages to tables, refilling drinks, and clearing plates. Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
• Inventory Management: Help with the inventory of supplies, including restocking items as needed and notifying management of low supplies.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and sanitation practices.
• Customer Service: Greet guests, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive dining experience by addressing any immediate needs or concerns.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient service flow and communication.
