Job Description


:Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented F&B Steward to join our Japanese restaurant at Della Adventure & Resorts. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
  • Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, including Japanese cuisine, ingredients, and preparation styles.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper etiquette.
  • Address guest inquiries and special requests professionally.
Restaurant Operations:
  • Set up dining areas, including arranging tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Ensure tables are properly set with appropriate cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant at all times.
  • Assist in the preparation of food service stations before opening hours.
  • Support the team in restocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
Safety & Hygiene:
  • Follow all health and safety regulations in food handling and serving.
  • Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas.
  • Handle tableware, cutlery, and glassware carefully to prevent breakage.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Cooperate with colleagues to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours.
  • Assist in training new staff members when required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an F&B Steward or in a similar role in a Japanese restaurant is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine, table etiquette, and service style.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during busy hours.
  • Attention to detail and a high standard of personal hygiene.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
