Role: F & B Service Manager Education: BHM/DHM Experience: 7 years Location: Karwar Benefits Food, Accommodation, Uniform, Laundry Roles & Responsibilities To provide excellent customer service and ensure the smooth functioning of the dining area within a restaurant or any food service establishment. Providing a warm welcome to guests, guiding them through the menu, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience for customers. Efficiently and accurately processing customer orders, ensuring that they are delivered promptly and correctly to the kitchen and bar staff. Ensure that the dining area is clean and well-maintained throughout the service. Having a good understanding of the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area Addressing any customer concerns or complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Knowledge Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Candidates from Resorts or the hospitality industry The ability to collaborate effectively with other F&B staff Problem Solving Skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: 400,000.00 - 420,000.00 per year Benefits:
